Luke Littler reacted emotionally after recording a huge 11-leg win over Luke Humphries on his way to Premier League glory in Belfast.

The teenager faced the world no.1 in yet another rematch of the World Championship final, which the latter won in Januaꩲry.

Since then though, Littler has claimed victory over Humphries on three occasions,😼 tw🦄o of those in the Premier League.

And this record was increased to four on Friday night after a thrilling battle in Belfast to start the evening's proceedings.

Littler raced into a two-leg lead and was starting to hit 1💎80s for fun, although Humphries regained control and drew lev🔯el.

Darts' latest sensation continued to regain the lead but the his opponent would soon draw level as they approached a deciding leg.

At 5-4, Littler shouted 'Get in' as he closed in on victory, although Humphries once again replied.

But in the final leg, the former had 68 to go for victo🌼ry and claimed the quarter-final 😼win with a double ten.

Littler screamed 'Come on!' and punched the air in delight as he set up a semi-final against Michael van Gerwen, who beat Michael Smith.

Littler then saw off the Dutch𝄹 star ܫto earn his place in the showpiece event against Nathan Aspinall in Belfast, a match that he won for his first event win in the Premier League.

Littler had to be p🔥atient to 𒈔win a night in the Premier League in 2024, although it his debut year in the competition.

But after seeing off Humphries, Van Gerwen and Aspinall on ౠhis way to glory, the 17-year-ol༺d will now be confident of adding more nights to his tally in the remaining weeks of the competition.
